Changing your address
Changing your address in the app is the same for both Android and Apple devices:
- Tap “Account” in the app (bottom of the screen).
- Tap “Settings” (top right).
- Tap on your address to make changes.
Remember! You won’t be able to change the country of your residence via the app. If you’ve moved abroad or experienced any issues while changing your address in the app, please get in touch with us via the app or the form here.
If you’re a UK customer, you can skip the typing – just enter your postcode and select the correct address from the drop-down list.
If you’re a European customer you have to enter your address manually.
Mobile number verification
We strongly recommend verifying your phone number. We’ll send you an SMS verification code which you should get within a couple of hours, depending on your network provider. We currently support most Apple, Android and Huawei devices.
If you don’t receive your verification code within 24 hours:
✔️ Check if the phone number is correct and that you have a phone signal to receive SMS messages.
✔️ Get in touch with us here and we’ll look into it.
